Warranty Disclosure

List of Disclosures

• All Remanufactured Engines come with a standard one year/12,000 Mile parts-only warranty.
• Warranty period begins upon delivery of engine to the repair facility.
• The Engine must be installed by a professional shop & All Documentation including vehicle vin#, mileage, initial diagnosis and repair order(s) must be provided to us in the event of an engine failure.
• No warranty repairs can be performed anywhere else without prior approval of the engine supplier.
• If engine is disassembled in any way, warranty is automatically void.
• Engine Cores Must be returned within 60 days after delivery of the engine to the shop OTHERWISE WARRANTY IS VOID FOR CUSTOMER.
• Plus an Additional $3,500 Core Fee will be charged to the customer.
• All Cooling System Components must be replaced preventatively & Proper Bleeding of the Cooling System must be performed. 
• Warranty is Void if the Engine is overheated.
• We Have Six Proprietary Marked Heat Tabs Installed on every Engine.
• In the event of engine failure, we will send an independent inspector to determine if any of the heat tabs are missing, melted or tampered with.
• Oil must be Changed by a Certified Repair Facility & Documented Every 5,000 Miles with Full Synthetic Oil (5w20 for 6-cylinders) 8.5 Quarts and Full Synthetic Oil (5w30 for 8-cylinders) 8.5 Quarts otherwise Warranty is Void. (Do Not Depend on Oil Gauge inside vehicle.)
• Engines are sold as "Long-blocks"- Block, Heads, Oil Pan & Internals. No external components are Warrantied.
• No warranty against leaks (oil or coolant) or any external parts (Ancillary) failure as they are the original parts from the old engine. Ancillary components include but are not limited to: alternator, starter, supercharger, ac compressor, oxygen sensors, fans, wiring, coils, supercharger, computers, catalytic convertors, belts are not covered. 
• The failure of these components that could resulting in engine damage deem warranty void.
• Only internal engine parts are covered. The engine oil must be replaced with full synthetic oil & documented by a professional repair facility every 5,000 miles to keep warranty valid.
• The Warranty is void if the engine/car is overheated. 
• We are not responsible for consequential damage, such as tows, rental cars, or anything extra.
• All warranty related repairs must be performed by Jag-Land or an affiliate shop at a pre-negotiated labor rate at the point of sale.
